Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Sales Team Leader to lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales management, team handling, target achievement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Conduct daily sales reviews, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
Track sales metrics, conversions, and revenue generation.
Ensure proper lead management and follow-up processes.
Train current team members and support their professional development.
Resolve customer escalations and support the team in closing high-value deals.
Collaborate with management to improve sales processes and productivity.




Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to senior management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 9 years of sales experience, including team management experience.
Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team-building abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and reporting.
