Key Responsibilities
Legal Documentation & Drafting: Prepare, review, and negotiate agreements for sale, lease deeds, power of attorney, joint venture agreements, and MOU's.
Due Diligence & Title Verification: Conduct thorough investigations into property titles, ensure land records are explicit, and identify any encumbrances.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority), local municipal laws, and environmental regulations.
Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Represent the company in court, consumer forums, or arbitration regarding property disputes.
Liaison with Authorities: Coordinate with government bodies (Sub-Registrar, BDA, BBMP, revenue departments) for property registration and approvals.
Risk Mitigation: Advise management on potential legal risks involved in acquisitions,



redevelopment, or leasing.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) from a recognized university.
Experience: 2–7 years of experience in property law, real estate transactions, or with a reputed developer.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Transfer of Property Act, RERA, local state land laws, and stamp duty acts.
Skills: Exceptional drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
License: Must be a licensed advocate/attorney.
Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Capable networker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
