AM/ Manager-Own Fleet Operations
Should have knowledge in basic automobile/commercial vehicles.
Should possess valuable communication skills.
Should have Positive Technical /Analytical skills.
Should have team leading skills.
Should be positive at Time management.
Should be familiar with Preventive maintenance procedures to upkeep the fleet availability.
Should be Familiar with Workshop & Quality Management systems.
Should be familiar with parts indenting & warehouse management.
Well verse with excel, google sheets , reports & analysis.
Should understand Driver Management.
Should know Hub operations, vehicle planning etc.
