Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Review and verify the potential candidates documents and pass it for the next process.
Meet or exceed performance metrics including quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.




Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer issue resolution.
Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

Qualifications
13 years of experience indocument verification work.
Experience working with global teams is a plus.
Solid research skills and comfort with online tools.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to CRM/ATS systems is an advantage.
High accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes.
