Role & responsibilities
Manage legal recovery and resolution of bad debt/NPA accounts through appropriate legal actions.
Coordinate with advocates, collection agencies, and internal teams for debt recovery and case follow-up.
Draft, review, and issue legal notices, recovery suits, arbitration matters, and enforcement actions.
Monitor court cases, DRT proceedings, SARFAESI actions, and ensure timely legal compliance.
Provide legal guidance to business and collections teams on recovery strategies and risk mitigation.
Prepare MIS reports, track recovery progress, and ensure achievement of legal recovery targets.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in Law (LLB preferred) with experience in debt recovery and litigation.
Robust knowledge of SARFAESI Act, DRT proceedings, arbitration, and recovery laws.
Valuable negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills with willingness to travel extensively.
