About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to generate and convert B2B leads for our prefabricated cabins, steel structures and roll-forming machines.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email and online platforms.
Identify potential customers, contractors, builders, manufacturers, architects and industrial clients.
Explain our prefabricated cabins and steel building solutions to customers.
Generate enquiries for roll-forming machines from manufacturers and fabrication companies.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with our technical team.
Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
Arrange customer meetings, site visits and product discussions.
Develop new markets across India and explore export opportunities.
Maintain accurate lead and customer records.




Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.

Ideal Candidate
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Confident in making calls and approaching current customers.
Solid follow-up and negotiation ability.
Comfortable with B2B sales and customer visits.
Willing to travel for business development.
Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, email and CRM.
Technical/industrial sales experience will be an advantage.

Experience 0–3 years in sales/business development preferred.

Freshers with robust communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Compensation

₹18,000–₹30,000/month + performance-based incentives, depending on experience and capability.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
