Manage end-to-end bakery production and daily operations to meet quality and business targets.
Plan production schedules based on demand, sales forecasts, and inventory levels.
Lead and supervise bakers, pastry chefs, helpers, and production staff.
Ensure consistent product quality, taste, presentation, and adherence to recipes.
Monitor raw materials, inventory, wastage, costing, and procurement requirements.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety.
Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, and Store teams for smooth operational planning.
Train, motivate, and evaluate staff while maintaining discipline and performance standards.
Prepare operational reports and drive continuous improvement in production and profitability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
