Key Responsibilities
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Prepare and process journal entries, invoices, and payment vouchers
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of salaries
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes and controls

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com); CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred
2+ years of experience in accounting or a related field
Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/Ind AS) and taxation laws
Proficiency in accounting software Tally




Advanced skills in MS Excel.
Strong analytical and numerical skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Positive communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP systems
Prior experience in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, retail, IT services]

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
