We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with robust experience in Publication / Book Selling, preferably in the Pre-Primary or Primary education segment.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business growth across the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, institutions and distributors.
Identify current business opportunities and expand market presence.
Manage territory targets, sales planning and revenue achievement.
Handle distributor/channel relationships and ensure effective market coverage.
Track market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.

Requirements
5+ years of relevant sales experience.
Mandatory experience in Publishing / Publication / Book Selling.
Experience in Pre-Primary / Primary school segment preferred.
Solid local market knowledge and school network.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to the assigned location preferred.
