Role Summary:

Lead Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) operations, analytical method development and validation, technology transfer activities, and team management while ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead analytical method development, validation, and technology transfer to QC.
Handle analytical instruments such as GC, HPLC, UV, and FTIR.
Perform impurity identification, characterization, and data interpretation.




Ensure proper documentation and compliance with GMP, IMS, RC, and regulatory requirements.
Manage ADL KPIs, operational excellence initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
Develop, mentor, and lead the ADL team.
Support and participate in internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
