Key Responsibilities:
Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of stitching machines.
Troubleshoot and repair sewing and production equipment.
Maintain and adjust computerized/automatic stitching machines.
Handle machine calibration, alignment, and changeover support.
Maintain pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Support installation and commissioning of recent machines.
Manage critical spare parts and maintenance inventory.
Develop SOPs and maintenance checklists.
Train technicians and operators on machine maintenance.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to minimize downtime.

Required Experience:
5+ years of experience in footwear/manufacturing maintenance.
Solid experience with stitching/sewing machine maintenance.
Experience in team handling and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
