We’re Hiring: Accounts Receivable Executive | Ahmedabad

At Sparks & Co, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to join our growing team.

Candidates with prior UAE accounting experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and issue accurate invoices on a timely basis; make bank entries on a regular and periodic basis.
Monitor customer accounts and track outstanding balances
Follow up on overdue payments via calls, emails, and other channels
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and ensure accurate posting of payments
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
Maintain accurate records of all receivable transactions
Prepare AR aging reports and provide updates to management




Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve queries
Assist in month-end closing activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role
Robust understanding of accounting principles and AR processes
Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks (QBO), Odoo, and MS Excel
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
