Role Description This is a full time, on-site Area Sales Manager role based in New Delhi.

Manager will oversee sales operations within assigned territories, including planning and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting revenue targets. The role involves managing and mentoring sales representatives, conducting regular field visits, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Qualifications
Proven experience in area or regional sales management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Solid skills in sales planning, territory management, and pipeline development.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, handle negotiations, and manage key accounts.
Experience collecting and interpreting market research and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Competence in team leadership, coaching, and performance management for sales teams.
Solid analytical, reporting, and forecasting skills, with proficiency in basic office and CRM software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant sales certifications are an advantage.
Comfort working in a rapid-paced workplace, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
