MAKSYS Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an organized and responsible Admin cum Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day office administration, coordination and accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office administration and coordination.
Maintain office records, documents and employee-related records.
Coordinate with customers, employees and internal teams.
Handle billing, invoices, expenses and routine accounting activities.
Maintain financial and administrative documentation.
Coordinate vendor and office requirements.
Assist with payroll-related documentation and accounts activities.
Handle day-to-day office correspondence and follow-ups.
Prepare reports and maintain proper records.
Requirements
1–3 years of relevant experience in Administration, Accounts or Office Coordination.
B.Com / BBA / B.Tech (Computer Science / IT) or equivalent.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Good computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Solid organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up independently.
Experience in an IT/service-oriented company will be an advantage.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, based on experience and skills. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
