Job Responsibilities:
Identifying customers suitable for various credit options.
Assisting Relationship Officer / Assistant Branch Manager durig initial process execution.
Follow-up with clients on their monthly repayments.
Ensuring ethical collection practices are followed by the team.
Requirements:
Overall 3 to 4 years of experience in sales of Unsecured Business Loans with minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
Graduation in any stream.
Positive communication skills both written and spoken. (English, Hindi and Local Language)
Open to travelling in rural interiors along with solid geographical knowledge (DL & Bike Mandatory).
