We are looking for an experienced Business Development / Lead Conversion qualified who can effectively convert qualified leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound business leads.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Conduct sales calls and follow-ups.
Handle objections and negotiate with prospects.
Convert qualified leads into successful closures.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant B2B sales/lead conversion experience.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in closing deals.
IT/Software/Digital Marketing sales experience preferred.
Target-oriented approach.
CTC: Competitive / As per experience Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
