The tasks, roles and responsibilities pertaining to the job role of an Assistant Manager will include the following:
Handling Income Tax Advisory, Compliance engagements related to Direct Tax laws, Transfer Pricing, International Tax, FEMA Advisory etc.
Ability to analyse and interpret provisions under the various Acts.
Independently responsible for execution and management of the assigned engagements
Coordinating with Partners on the planning and management of the assignments
Providing timely and high quality services which exceeds client expectations
Updating clients on on-going matters on a prompt and regular basis, keeping track of industry developments
Active in knowledge sharing, contribution of Thought Leadership, article writing, etc.
