AD Sales Manager – Digital Media

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced AD Sales Manager – Digital Media to manage and grow digital advertising business across Jharkhand and Bihar.

The role will focus on developing digital advertising solutions, building client relationships, acquiring new business, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital advertising sales strategies for the assigned market.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
Understand client marketing objectives and propose suitable digital advertising solutions.
Sell digital advertising solutions including banner, CPM, CPL and other creative formats.
Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial offers for clients.
Negotiate commercial terms and close advertising deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Monitor sales performance, revenue and campaign results.
Use social media and digital channels for business development and client engagement.





Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital advertising/media sales.
Experience in selling digital advertising solutions such as CPM, CPL, display/banner advertising or similar formats.
Experience in client acquisition and account management.
Valuable understanding of digital media and advertising.
Robust communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and develop suitable solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
Experience with social media selling and digital business development is preferred.

Preferred Experience:
Existing experience working with advertisers, brands or media agencies.
Experience in brand solutioning or customized advertising solutions.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
