The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territories of Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Tamil Nadu. This role requires a deep understanding of the medical device market, particularly in hearing aids, and the ability to build solid relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned regions.
Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and audiologists, to promote our range of hearing aids and related products.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure they are well-informed about our offerings.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.




Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote our products.

Required Skills
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of hearing aids and audiological products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a solid focus on achieving results.
