Responsibilities:
Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, networking, email and other channels.
Build and maintain relationships with founders, business owners and decision-makers.
Handle LinkedIn outreach, follow-ups and lead qualification.
Understand client requirements and present relevant Esperance solutions.
Schedule meetings and support the sales process from lead to closure.
Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and follow-ups.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in B2B Business Development / Sales.
Positive Knowledge of LinkedIn sales navigator, Apollo
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Positive knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Experience in Digital Marketing, IT, Branding, Web Development, Animation or Creative Services is preferred.
Target-oriented and confident in communicating with business decision-makers.
