Job Allocation: Assigning repair, maintenance, and diagnostic jobs to technicians based on individual skill levels
Workflow Optimization: Monitoring repair progress in real time to ensure promised vehicle delivery times are met.
Quality Control: Inspecting finished mechanical and electrical work to ensure it aligns with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards.
Staff Training: Mentoring junior mechanics on tool safety, diagnostics, and productive servicing.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
