Job Summary: Responsible for recruiting, developing and activating insurance agents while achieving assigned business and recruitment targets. Build solid agent and customer relationships
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard insurance agents.
Build and maintain a strong agent pipeline
Train and support agents to improve performance
Achieve monthly/quarterly business and recruitment targets
Build robust relationships with agents and clients
Criteria
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Age 20 to 40 years
Good communication skills
Strong sourcing, recruitment and relationship-management skills.
Result oriented with sales/business development ability
Good knowledge of the local market
