Agentic AI Engineer — Build AI That Actually Does the Work

At Rytsense Technologies, we build AI agents that plan, reason, call tools, and run real business workflows from start to finish, for startups and enterprises around the world. We've been building software since 2016. Today, agentic AI is at the center of everything we do, and we're looking for engineers who want to help define what that means in production.

What you'll do
Design and build multi-step AI agents that use tools, APIs, and enterprise data to complete real tasks, not just answer questions
Build orchestration layers: planning, memory, retries, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and multi-agent coordination
Connect agents to client systems through APIs, MCP servers, databases, and internal tools
Make agents reliable. Write evals, catch failure modes, add guardrails, and track cost and latency
Work directly with clients in healthcare, fintech, insurance, retail, and real estate to turn messy business processes into autonomous workflows
Take projects from prototype to production, and keep improving them after launch

What we're looking for




5+ years of experience, with strong Python & Hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini, or open-source models) and agent frameworks like LangGraph or the Claude Agent SDK, or a custom framework you've built yourself
Solid understanding of RAG,Graph RAG , vector databases, prompt design, and function/tool calling
An evaluation mindset: you measure whether something works instead of assuming it does
Transparent communication, since you'll explain trade-offs to clients and teammates

Bonus points
You've built multi agent system that's running in production for real users
Experience with MCP, browser or computer-use agents, or voice agents
Open-source contributions, a technical blog, or side projects we can look at
Background in a regulated industry like healthcare or finance
