About the Role

Ivory Aven is looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to drive the brand’s positioning,

communication, client acquisition and overall market presence.

The ideal candidate should have experience in premium/luxury branding, digital marketing,

storytelling, business development and customer engagement

, with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand building.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive client acquisition by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, building relationships and converting opportunities into business.
Develop strategic partnerships and networks to expand the brand’s clientele and market reach.
Maintain a solid and consistent brand identity across digital and offline channels.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, launches and promotional activities.
Oversee social media and content strategy to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Identify opportunities for collaborations with artists, influencers, designers and relevant luxury/

lifestyle brands.




Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and business opportunities.
Track campaign performance, client acquisition, brand engagement and key marketing metrics.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent premium customer and brand experience.

Candidate Profile
3–6 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or a related role.

• Experience with luxury, fashion, art, lifestyle, premium retail or design-led brands is preferred.

• Solid understanding of branding, client acquisition

, digital marketing, social media and content strategy.
Excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
Ability to independently manage projects from strategy to execution.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business Administration,

Fashion/Luxury Management or a related field
