Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor labour law and statutory compliance across Head Office and branches.
Ensure branch-wise compliance with applicable working hours, weekly offs, leave, holidays, notices, and statutory records.
Maintain and regularly update the branch-wise compliance tracker.
Ensure timely completion of registrations, renewals, returns, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with labour consultants, government departments, and local authorities.
Handle and coordinate labour inspections, notices, queries, and replies.
Maintain all statutory registers, certificates, licences, notices, and compliance documents.
Coordinate compliance requirements for new branch openings.
Monitor changes in applicable labour laws and communicate relevant updates internally.
Conduct periodic branch compliance checks and highlight gaps or pending actions.
Prepare weekly/monthly compliance MIS and report pending or upcoming compliances to management.
Ensure proper physical and digital documentation of all compliance records.
Follow up with internal teams and consultants to ensure all compliance activities are completed within timelines.
Requirements
4–7 years of relevant experience in labour law and statutory compliance.
Practical experience in Shops & Establishment compliance.
Experience handling multi-branch compliance will be preferred.
Good knowledge of statutory registers, inspections, notices, registrations, and renewals.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and compliance trackers.
Solid coordination, documentation, communication, and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
