Job Summary

We are looking for an Admin Cum Project Coordinator to manage daily administrative work and coordinate projects with different teams. The candidate should be organized, good at follow-ups, and comfortable working with MS Excel and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily administrative tasks and project coordination.

Coordinate with different teams for smooth project execution.

Maintain project-related documents and records.

Coordinate projects from start to finish.

Regularly follow up with team members on project progress.

Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.

Prepare reports and project updates using MS Excel and MS Office.

Arrange and coordinate meetings when required.

Maintain proper files and documentation.

Support management in various administrative and project-related activities.

Requirements

Graduate in any field.

1–3 years of experience in administration, coordination, or a similar role.

Valuable communication and follow-up skills.





Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Valuable organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and handle multiple tasks.
