Job Title: Application Support Engineer L1 PL/SQL

Experience: 1.1 3 Years

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Notice Period: Immediate to 7 Days

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer L1 with hands-on experience in PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, Postman API, and ITIL processes. Candidates must have experience working in the Life Insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 Application Support for business-critical applications.
Monitor applications and troubleshoot production issues.
Analyze application and database-related issues and provide timely resolution.
Work with PL/SQL and PostgreSQL databases for queries, data validation, and troubleshooting.
Perform API testing and troubleshooting using Postman.
Follow ITIL processes for incident, service request,



and problem management.
Coordinate with development and higher-level support teams for issue resolution.
Maintain proper incident documentation and follow defined SLA processes.
