Role Description The AI-Animated Video Creator will develop short-form vertical videos for YouTube Shorts and Reels, using AI tools and creative software to produce engaging, high-retention content. Day-to-day tasks include planning concepts, scripting or adapting narratives, creating AI-assisted animations, editing videos, and optimizing content for social platforms.

The role involves collaborating with the team to align videos with brand guidelines, experimenting with recent AI workflows,



and maintaining consistent output and quality over the long term. This is a remote contract role, focused on delivering regular batches of content on agreed timelines.

Qualifications
Robust skills in Video Production and Multimedia for short-form, social-first content.
Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Post-Production, including sound design, pacing, and color correction.
Experience with Motion Graphics, animated text, and visual effects suitable for YouTube Shorts and Reels.
Comfort working with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., AI video, image, and text generation) and integrating them into workflows.
Portfolio demonstrating short-form video content, preferably in educational, storytelling, or creator-focused niches.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly in a remote environment.
Understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and platform-specific best practices.
Prior experience with Indian creator ecosystem or familiarity with Gen Z/college audience is an added advantage.
