Key Responsibilities
Conduct mixology and beverage training at our academy and client locations
Curate cocktail menus for hospitality clients
Contribute to engaging beverage and mixology video content
Manage event bartending and brand activations
Support business development initiatives

This role is ideal for someone passionate about beverages but ready to step away from daily bar operations in search of better work–life balance. Experience & Background
Total experience: 3 –6 years
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience at cocktail-forward bars
Experience in the Mumbai bar market necessary
This is a Mumbai-based role; relocation support is not available

Skills
Speed and efficiency behind the bar with knowledge of up-to-date bartending techniques
Solid communication skills with fluency in English
MS Office and general computer proficiency
