Role Description The Business Development Associate role at Ininti Tech is a full-time, hybrid position based in Visakhapatnam, with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the individual will identify and pursue new business prospects, build and maintain relationships with clients, and support the growth of the company’s IT products and services across industries.

Typical responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements. The role also involves tracking sales activities,



maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and contributing to strategic planning and business development initiatives.

Qualifications
Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify potential business opportunities.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, negotiate, and present solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Basic understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to learn and explain technical solutions in clear business terms.
Skills in sales prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management using CRM or similar tools.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple prospects, proposals, and follow-ups in a fast-paced setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Comfort working in a hybrid mode from Visakhapatnam, collaborating both onsite and remotely with cross-functional teams.
Previous experience or internship in business development, sales, or account management is an advantage.
