About the Role The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in financial accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, costing, reconciliations, and management reporting , along with positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including General Ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closures .
Monitor and manage GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliances , including return filing, reconciliations, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Prepare MIS and management reports.
Manage reconciliations, accounts payable, receivables, and cash-flow planning .
Handle accounting and compliance-related notices and assessments.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
