Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ITBM initiatives.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
Support IT portfolio, project, demand, resource, and financial management processes.
Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
Coordinate with technical/development teams for solution implementation.
Support UAT, defect tracking, and business sign-offs.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project/status updates.

Required Skills
6 to 9 years of overall Business Analyst experience.
Solid experience in ITBM / IT Business Management.
Positive understanding of project, portfolio, demand, resource, and/or financial management processes.
Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, process mapping, and UAT.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
