Finance & Bid Management Resource

Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for a strong Finance/Accounting qualified with hands-on experience in Bid & Tender Management, commercial calculations, and quote preparation within an IT/System Integrator environment.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Solid background in Accounting and Finance with 5+ years of experience.
Hands-on experience in Bid & Tender Management and commercial documentation.
Preparation and validation of customer quotations, commercial bids, and pricing sheets.
Robust knowledge of interest calculations, financial calculations, margins, and costing.
Experience in analyzing RFP/RFQ commercial requirements and preparing bid responses.
Good understanding of taxes, payment terms, credit terms, and commercial conditions.
Strong Excel skills for costing, pricing, and financial analysis.
Ability to coordinate with Sales, Presales, Procurement, and Finance teams during the bidding process.
