Job Brief

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst who can understand business requirements, work closely with stakeholders and technical teams, and translate business needs into explicit and actionable solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria .
Create process flows, wireframes, and basic UI mockups based on business requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies , including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Prioritize and manage requirements, dependencies, and changes throughout the project.
Support UAT, testing, requirement validation, and defect clarification .




Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve business efficiency.
Track risks, issues, and project requirements and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst , preferably in a software/product development workplace.
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies .
Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process documentation .
Experience with Wireframing and UI/UX documentation .
Positive knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira/Azure DevOps, Figma, Visio, MS Office, and Tableau .
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
