Job Title: Tender Executive – GeM & Government Bidding

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive who can independently handle end-to-end Government tendering, primarily through the GeM Portal.

Key Responsibilities:
Search and identify relevant GeM/Government tenders on a daily basis.
Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, ATC and commercial terms.
Prepare and submit complete Technical & Financial Bids within deadlines.
Coordinate with OEMs/distributors for quotations, MAF, technical compliance, datasheets and supporting documents.
Handle EMD/PBG-related documentation, bid clarifications, corrigenda and Reverse Auctions.
Track submitted bids, evaluation status, orders and tender outcomes.




Maintain a proper tender tracker/MIS and all supporting documentation.

Preferred Candidate:
Minimum 2–4 years hands-on experience in GeM and Government tenders.
Experience in IT Hardware / Servers / Networking / AV / System Integration tenders preferred.
Should be able to independently read, evaluate and execute a tender.
Robust MS Excel, documentation and coordination skills.
Graduate in any discipline.
