Key Responsibilities
Develop new B2B/corporate business and achieve assigned revenue targets.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and corporate visits.
Build relationships with HR, Admin, L&D;, schools, institutions and corporate decision-makers.
Promote corporate outings, team-building programs, events and group experiences.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits.
Prepare proposals, quotations and customized packages.
Negotiate with clients and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Develop existing accounts and generate repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with operations/event teams for successful program execution.
Track competitors, market trends and current business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and updates for management.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and relationship management.
