Job Summary

AMSOL IT Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and results-oriented Appointment Closer to communicate with potential clients, understand their business requirements, present our company's products and services, handle objections, and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with qualified leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
Understand client requirements and explain the company's products and services.
Conduct sales discussions and present suitable solutions to prospects.
Handle client questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
Follow up with interested prospects to move them toward a purchase decision.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved company guidelines.
Close deals and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM or tracking sheet.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client communication and onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications




Robust verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Good proficiency in English and Tamil.
Confidence in handling sales conversations and closing deals.
Ability to understand client needs and build professional relationships.
Good follow-up, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
Experience
Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may apply.
Candidates with experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or client conversion will have an added advantage.
