What You'll Do
Source and identify qualified US healthcare candidates for exciting travel assignments

using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Build trust and long-lasting relationships with healthcare candidates and partner

facilities.
Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process to ensure a smooth and

positive experience.
Stay updated on US healthcare trends, regulations, and compliance requirements.

What Are We Looking For
A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree from a recognized Indian university.
A fresher with strong verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport





quickly.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
Familiarity with working across US time zones and culture is a plus.
