Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in the Pune Division.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and support the growth of the agency’s portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and pitch decks, and collaborating with internal creative and strategy teams to align solutions with client needs.



The role also involves tracking market trends, maintaining a sales pipeline and reporting, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth handover from sales to account management.

Qualifications
Proven skills in business development, sales planning, and client relationship management.
Ability to understand and communicate advertising, branding, and digital media services to prospective clients.
Robust presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in identifying market opportunities, building pipelines, and meeting revenue targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
Prior experience in an advertising, branding, or marketing agency workplace preferred.
Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, creative setting with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple prospects and projects simultaneously.
