Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Cashier to handle billing, cash transactions, POS operations, and customer queries while ensuring smooth and accurate checkout operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle billing and checkout operations using the POS system.
Receive cash, card, UPI, and other approved payment methods.
Ensure accurate billing and proper handling of cash.
Provide bills/receipts to customers.
Handle customer queries and assist with basic concerns at the billing counter.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the billing area.
Perform cash reconciliation at the end of the shift.
Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and billing.




Coordinate with store staff to ensure smooth customer checkout.
Report any billing, cash, or POS-related issues to the supervisor.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier, preferably in retail or supermarket.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing software.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic numerical and cash-handling skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Well-groomed, polite, and customer-oriented.

Preferred
Experience in a supermarket, gourmet store, food retail, or premium retail workplace.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
