We are hiring a CMT Executive to manage carrier operations, ensure timely shipment movement, and maintain strong carrier relationships in a quick-paced logistics setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with carriers for load booking and on-time pickups/deliveries
Track shipments and resolve transit issues
Maintain carrier performance and negotiate rates when required
Update systems and prepare basic operational reports
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in logistics/carrier management/freight brokerage
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working night shifts
Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics systems
