Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Psychiatrist, based in Una, Himachal Pradesh. The Psychiatrist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, providing psychiatric care to patients, and developing treatment plans. They will focus on patient evaluation, psychotherapy, and prescribing appropriate medications.





The role may also involve collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and working with individuals across a range of demographics, including adolescents.

Qualifications
Solid proficiency in Psychiatry and Psychiatric Care
Experience in Adolescent Psychiatry and the management of mental health conditions
Broad knowledge and application of general Medicine in mental health contexts
Deep understanding of mental health principles and practices
Ability to effectively engage with diverse patient populations and build trust
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid medical license to practice Psychiatry
MD or equivalent degree in Psychiatry
Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred but not mandatory
