Role & Responsibilities
Identify and acquire current Employer accounts through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, networking, referrals and market research.
Target enterprise and mid-market companies with active or recurring hiring requirements.
Connect with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, Recruitment Heads and other key decision-makers.
Understand client hiring needs, recruitment challenges and business requirements.
Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations and presentations.
Present Recruivs platform, value proposition and relevant solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
Develop proposals, handle commercial discussions and close new business.
Onboard recent Employers and activate their hiring requirements on Recruiv.
Build strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and account growth.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline and regular activity reports.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.




Identify new market opportunities and share customer/market insights with the leadership team.

Preferred Candidate Profile
13 years of experience in B2B, Enterprise or SaaS Sales.
Experience in HR Tech, Recruitment, Staffing, Job Portals or B2B SaaS is preferred.
Proven experience in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition or senior business decision-makers.
Strong skills in prospecting, consultative selling, product presentations, negotiation and closing.
Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, cold calling and email-based prospecting.
Robust communication, interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented with strong ownership and follow-up discipline.
Ability to manage multiple accounts, stakeholders and sales opportunities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
