What we're looking for:
Experience in advertising: spec ads, ad films, campaigns, storytelling
A robust portfolio. Big brand names not required.
A real feel for what goes viral, and why
Fluency in pop culture, memes, and internet humour
Daily use of AI video and image tools
Taste beyond the feed: films, music, design
An active Instagram or X where you post your work
Based in, or open to, Gurugram, Mumbai, or Bangalore

Find the parts of ad-making that brands spend too much time on
Make ads and content that show what our product can do
