We are looking for a BI Analyst to join our Revenue Department and help transform business data into meaningful insights, dashboards and reports that support better commercial decisions.

Role Overview The BI Analyst will work closely with the Revenue Management team to analyse data received from various sources, identify trends and performance gaps, and create explicit, visually engaging reports and dashboards.

The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, comfortable working with large datasets, and capable of presenting complex information in a straightforward, structured and actionable format .

Key Responsibilities
Analyse revenue and business data to identify trends, patterns, performance gaps and opportunities .
Work closely with the Revenue team to understand reporting requirements and translate business questions into meaningful data outputs.
Create and maintain interactive dashboards, MIS reports and management reports .




Develop clear and visually appealing reports covering key hotel and revenue metrics such as:
Occupancy
ADR
RevPAR
Room Revenue
Booking Trends
Segment Performance
Channel Performance
Pickup / Pace
Forecast vs. Actual Performance
Property-level performance
Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy, consistency and completeness .
Identify data discrepancies and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
Present complex data in a easy and understandable manner for business stakeholders.
Provide actionable insights to support revenue strategy, forecasting and business planning .
Track and analyse historical and current performance to identify emerging trends.
Support the Revenue team in preparing daily, weekly and monthly performance reports .
Automate repetitive reporting and data processes wherever possible.
Continuously improve existing dashboards, reports and data visualisation processes.
Work with cross-functional teams including Revenue, Sales, Finance and Operations to understand business requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of reports, dashboards, data sources and reporting processes.
