Requirements -
Experience: 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Business HR / HRBP / Field HR, preferably within NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.
Robust experience in manpower handling, employee lifecycle management, stakeholder management, and branch-level HR operations.
Ability to work closely with business teams and manage HR requirements across a branch/cluster/state-level geography.
