DIGITAL MARKETING LEAD / GROWTH MANAGER*

We are building an in-house Digital Marketing & Creative team to manage the growth of two businesses ,Mazus Hotels & Resorts. and an upcoming D2C E-commerce Brand.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead who can take ownership of digital growth, performance marketing, campaign strategy and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategy for both businesses
Lead Meta, Google, YouTube and other paid campaigns
Plan and manage advertising budgets
Develop customer acquisition strategies
Optimise campaigns for leads, bookings, revenue and ROAS
Work with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives
Develop remarketing and retargeting strategies
Monitor GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and other analytics platforms
Establish KPIs and performance reporting




Lead weekly marketing/performance reviews
Manage and mentor the digital marketing team
Coordinate with management on campaigns and growth priorities

We’re Looking For:
2 + years of digital/performance marketing experience
Robust hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
Robust understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA and conversion rates
Experience with GA4 and conversion tracking
Experience in hospitality, travel, e-commerce or D2C is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of creative performance and digital funnels
Robust communication and leadership skills

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
