We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Partner – Uplaunch Alliances to build and lead our institutional partnerships vertical.

What you will build
Relationships with schools, colleges and universities
Partnerships with coaching institutes and education providers
Institutional referral and counselling channels
Career guidance and student engagement programmes
Long-term B2B education relationships
A scalable institutional partnership pipeline for Uplaunch

Who we are looking for
Experience in B2B business development, institutional sales, education partnerships or relationship management
Existing relationships with schools, colleges,



universities or education providers strongly preferred
Demonstrable ability to build and convert partnerships
Strong communication, networking and commercial skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate independently
Genuine interest in education, careers and student outcomes
