Target Audience

Participants will primarily be from IT, Finance & Procurement teams, mainly at the Junior Management level.

Training Requirements
Learners are at A0 / Pre-A1 level, with little to no prior knowledge.
Focus areas include:
Conversational skills
Business communication
Workplace communication
Progressive language proficiency
Trainers will be responsible for designing and developing customized curriculum based on learner requirements.
Experience or familiarity with the Manufacturing / Steel Industry will be an added advantage.

Trainer Requirements
Robust experience in language training and teaching
Local trainers based in Pune or Hyderabad will be given priority
Ability to conduct effective classroom/in-person training




Corporate language training experience preferred
Ability to develop customized course content
Native-level / near-native proficiency in Dutch
Proposed trainers will undergo a client evaluation/interview, including assessment of language proficiency, subject-matter expertise, and suitability for the program

Certification/Examination Preparation: Currently under consideration and not yet confirmed. Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 per week
