We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager Post Sales to lead and manage the complete customer journey from booking to possession and handover.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships from booking through possession
Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations
Manage the complete post-sales lifecycle booking, agreements, payments, registration, loans and possession
Monitor collections, payment schedules and outstanding amounts
Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Sales and Project teams
Manage agreement execution, documentation and registration processes
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for home-loan processing and disbursements
Coordinate possession, handover and snag/defect-related customer concerns
Lead and manage the CRM/Post-Sales team
Allocate customer portfolios and monitor team performance KPIs
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS and management reports
Drive customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of escalations

Required Skills
Robust experience in Real Estate CRM / Post-Sales Operations
Experience in residential real estate projects




Robust knowledge of collections and payment follow-up
Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
Strong stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software MIS reporting
Solid team management and leadership skills
Ability to independently handle customer escalations
Good command of English and Kannada; Hindi will be an advantage

Qualification
Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales or related field will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
5 10 years of total experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Real Estate CRM/Post-Sales preferred
Experience managing a CRM/Post-Sales team will be an advantage
Residential project experience preferred
Candidates comfortable working on-site Bengaluru preferred
